They are the world’s largest source of protein.
Marine ecosystems are being affected by water pollution and acidification.

ACTIONS FOR 2030

• Prevent and reduce marine pollution and protect marine ecosystems.
• Regulate fishing and put an end to overfishing and illegal fishing.
• Increase research.
